Summary

Systems integration, interfacing two Commercial Bank systems:

an intranet-based sales and marketing package supplied by Sage
an in-house workflow system for the automated opening of accounts (AAPS)

On this project, I took responsibility for all life-cycle activities, starting with requirements analysis, and following through to system design, development, and testing.

Responsibilities
Liaison with all interested parties, including: the business area programme manager; Information Systems project manager; telesales and account opening managers and users; technical architects; and developers in the account opening team.
Agreeing project structure with the project manager, and planning work to conform to corporate quality standards.
Fully documented requirements analysis.
Solution design.
Interface development and testing.
